About Caitlan Anne Consulting & Mutuality Realized LLC

Mutuality Realized LLC, DBA Caitlan Anne Consulting, works to advance human consciousness and potential, especially as it relates to interpersonal excellence for individuals, groups, and organizations, and to tackling human relations issues that impede our ability to enjoy a just, equitable, peaceful, and joyful existence. This mission is accomplished through a wide variety of collaborative processes, conflict transformation practices, educational experiences, organizational interventions, and the facilitation of individual breakthroughs. The founder and owner - Caitlan A. Hendrickson, M.Ed., CO-OP - offers these services in both English and Spanish, and is also an experienced translator and interpreter. She founded the business under the original name of Bilingual Communication Solutions in Oregon in 2008. She now lives in the National Capital Region and provides services locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally - in person and virtually.
